Sobha Wilton Terraces
Wilton Terraces, developed by Ellington, is a two tower residential development located in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. A podium base interconnects the towers, and is where the main landscape treatment occurs. Centrally located is a raised deck, comprising a lap swimming pool, children’s pool and sun lounger spaces punctuated by raised planters. There is also an open lawn, BBQ area and shaded play space.
Linear patterning was used in the hardscape, along with a grey colour pallete. This was also used on the ground floor areas, to create a sense of continuity through the exterior spaces.
