Palace Hotel and Branded Apartments (Plot 14)
The Palace Hotel and Branded Apartments project is situated on the promenade of the Dubai Creek Harbour’s Island district, allowing a clear site-line to the Calatrava designed Dubai Creek Tower. The landscape treatment focused on optimising the view, whilst supporting the modern architectural design with symmetry and a strong sense of linearity.
The main landscape areas on the ground floor include the hotel entrance, the apartment pool terrace, the hotel courtyard and F&B terraces. On the 9th floor, there is the hotel pool terrace.
