Muraba Residences

Muraba Residences is a bespoke, high end development located on the eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with views across the water Dubai’s skyline and the Burj Dubai. Designed by Spanish architects RCR Arquitectes, South was commissioned to develop and document RCR’s initial landscape concept – making use of local knowledge to translate the design in practical terms, whilst maintaining the unique design intent.

The entrance to the property features gentle mounds of gravel and monospecies planting, emulating sand dunes with an oasis of palm tree. To each side of the front, there are elliptical cut out planters from which feature palms extend from the basement carpark.

At the rear of the property, a minimalist aesthetic is employed on the pool terrace. The Italian travertine paving continues in to the flush level pool, which features a cutout through which Carpentaria palms extend.
