Al Maryah Residences
At the time of design, Al Maryah Residences was a residential tower project associated with the Al Maryah Central Mall, located in Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
The exterior spaces consisted of two pool terraces – one main pool deck on a 5th floor podium and a smaller pool deck associated with the health club at the 2nd floor.
The main pool deck features a raised linear pool, sun lounger deck, seating area and a BBQ area. Level changes and vertical water features were used to add interest to the space, as well as reduce the impact of an adjacent high wall and maintain a comfortable, human scale.
Adjacent to the health club, a similar theme was continued with a linear pool, sun lounger decks
and vertical water features.
